CAN FD at 8 Mbit

The pins that were formerly used for debugging are now CAN FD pins, putting FREE-WILi 2 on the same bus as cars and industrial control systems. The interface supports the full 8 Mbit speed grade with SIC (Signal Improvement Capability), the highest tier defined by the CAN FD standard.
